Windvale LLC collects the information needed to operate our websites and software applications, create and manage user accounts, provide customer support, process purchases, prevent abuse, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

By using our products, customers agree to use the services lawfully, respect intellectual property rights, and avoid abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading activity. We may limit or suspend access if a product is misused or used in a way that harms our services, users, or partners.

Windvale LLC respects applicable consumer protection laws, including mandatory rights that may apply in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other countries or regions. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that customers are entitled to under local law.

For subscription products, customers can cancel future renewals through the checkout provider, app store, account settings, or by contacting support at hello@windvale.me. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

In general, because our products are delivered digitally, used credits, generated content, downloaded files, and already-delivered digital services are not refundable after access, usage, or delivery has started, unless a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Windvale LLC. If a customer believes a charge was made in error or cannot access a purchased product, they should contact us within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Windvale products are delivered online. After a successful purchase, customers receive digital access to the selected app, plan, account features, usage credits, downloads, or other software benefits. Most digital access is delivered immediately after checkout. If access is not available after payment, customers can contact hello@windvale.me for support.
